Ã山ǿ¼éÓ×Å®ÂÛ̳ is a free website that helps adults learn English online for free. This popular website teaches English by providing engaging videos and educational activities. Learners have the opportunity to learn English independently or with the support of their teacher.

The website was built by the Sacramento County Office of Education, which is located in California, United States. Initial funding for Ã山ǿ¼éÓ×Å®ÂÛ̳, which ended in 2008, was originally provided by the U.S. Department of Education and the California Department of Education. The Sacramento County Office of Education now has full ownership rights for the Ã山ǿ¼éÓ×Å®ÂÛ̳ website and receives no outside funding to maintain the site.
